Results-based Monitoring and Evaluation – how does it work in Practice?
Oplægsholder Ray C. Rist, Washington D.C.
Results-based Monitoring and Evaluation systems produce streams of information that are intended to be transformed into usable knowledge, which in fact are supposed to be used for social betterment in the widest sense. What is in fact happening along these lines around the globe? What experience do governments have of the usability of such systems? Do we find systems that can be standardised and translated to a Danish context? Or do we have to invent our own systems? And if so what are the inspirations from abroad?
