Olaf Rieper

Olaf Rieper is a specialist in evaluation methods and public organisation. He has written textbooks and handbooks on evaluation practice and research methods and he has carried out evaluations in different policy areas, for instance in the fields of energy and vulnerable groups. Olaf Rieper is co-founder of the Danish Evaluation Society and member of an international research group on programme and policy evaluation. Regarding public organisation Olaf Rieper has made research into for instance structural changes within the municipalities, the relationship between the state and the municipalities, management of targets and results, information technology and local democracy.
