Lotte Bøgh Andersen

Lotte Bøgh Andersen’s research concentrates on public service producers. She has studied public servants such as schoolteachers, physiotherapists, orthopaedic surgeons and university lecturers as well as private producers of publically financed services such as doctors and dentists. She has just completed a project on the importance of economic encouragement in the public sector. At present she is working on public service motivation, gender and competence and also on a large-scale investigation of state schools.
