Within the research area of education AKF deals with:

• basic school,
• development of competence and supplementary training,
• youth education and further education.

AKF's educational research focuses on how to make the quality of the education better right from basic school through youth education to adult and supplementary training. AKF also looks at how to minimise the group of young people without any youth education.
