Withdrawal from the labour market

The time of withdrawal from the labour market is an important subject not least in the light of the increasing life expectancy and the resulting increase in elderly citizens in Denmark. AKF has for instance made research into the importance of the early retirement benefit scheme regarding time of withdrawal and difference by gender in relation to the access to early retirement benefit. We have also made research into the work resources of the 45-59-year-olds, especially the question about which conditions are needed so that the 45-59-year-olds can keep up or develop their work resources. How do the work content, the environment and other working conditions form and influence the individual and his/her resources and expectations of work?
